These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of 159.network (the "Site"), operated by 159 Network LLC ("159 Networks," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Use of the Site

You may use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to: (a) use the Site in any way that violates applicable law; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its systems, or related infrastructure; (c) interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Site; (d) submit false, misleading, or another person's information; or (e) use automated means to abuse forms, scheduling, or other functionality.

2. Bookings and inquiries

The Site lets you request a consultation or call. Submitting a request does not create any contractual obligation to provide services; it is an invitation for us to follow up. Booking and meeting functionality is provided with the help of third-party services (including Microsoft), and we are not responsible for those services' availability.

3. No professional advice

Content on the Site is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute professional, legal, financial, or technical advice. Any engagement for services is governed by a separate written agreement between you and 159 Networks.

4. Intellectual property

The Site and its content — including text, graphics, logos, product names (such as Cerberus), and design — are owned by or licensed to 159 Network LLC and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the Site without our prior written permission.

5. Third-party links and services

The Site may link to or rely on third-party websites and services that we do not control. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third party, and your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

7. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, 159 NETWORK LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, MEMBERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 159 Network LLC from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Site or your violation of these Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State in which 159 Network LLC maintains its principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located there for any dispute arising from these Terms or the Site.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted, indicated by the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
