Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 29, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how 159 Network LLC ("159 Networks," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you visit 159.network (the "Site") or contact us. By using the Site, you agree to the practices described here.
1. Information we collect
Information you provide. When you book a call or contact us, we collect the details you submit — typically your name, email address, company name, and any notes or message you choose to include. When you book a strategy call, we also record the date, time, and time zone of your requested appointment.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting and security provider logs basic technical data such as IP address, browser type, device information, referring pages, and timestamps for security, abuse-prevention, and reliability purposes. We also use Google Analytics to understand, in aggregate, how visitors find and use the Site (pages viewed, approximate location, device and referral source). Google Analytics sets its own cookies; we do not use it for advertising.
Local storage. We store small preference values in your browser's local storage (for example, to remember a site setting or that you've already seen an intro). These are not used for advertising and are not shared.
2. How we use information
- To respond to inquiries and schedule and conduct requested calls or meetings;
- To provide, maintain, secure, and improve the Site and our services;
- To prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents; and
- To comply with legal obligations.
3. Service providers we rely on
We use trusted third parties to operate the Site and our scheduling. These include our hosting and security/CDN provider (Cloudflare), Microsoft (Microsoft Bookings and Microsoft Teams) to manage appointments and generate meeting links and confirmation emails, and Google (Google Analytics) for aggregate traffic measurement. These providers process information on our behalf and under their own privacy and security terms.
4. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only: (a) with the service providers described above; (b) when required by law, legal process, or to protect rights, safety, and property; or (c) in connection with a business transfer such as a merger or acquisition.
5. Data retention
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this Policy, to maintain business records, and to comply with our legal obligations, after which we delete or de-identify it.
6. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures — including encryption in transit and access controls — to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example, under the GDPR or California's CCPA/CPRA), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these rights, email us at consult@159.network. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
8. International visitors
We operate from the United States. If you access the Site from outside the U.S., your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the U.S. and other countries where our service providers operate.
9. Children's privacy
The Site is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
10. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above, and your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
